Voyola is intended for travellers using a compatible mobile device or web browser in supported markets and service locations. Terms of use may vary for some services.
The Voyola experience is being developed with a focus on the Istanbul Airport ecosystem. Current participating locations and services will be shown in the app.
The initial scope will include participating food and beverage locations and selected premium services such as Lounge, Fast Track and Buggy. The scope will expand over time.
You can use the payment options offered through Voyola at supported locations and transaction types. Available methods are shown during the transaction.
Voyola-only benefits may be offered on eligible campaigns and transactions. Campaign terms, earning and redemption details are shown on the relevant offer screen.
You can browse Voyola without creating a new account; for features such as purchases, payments, personalisation or benefits you can easily continue from there.
When you grant location permission, Voyola may use location data to show nearby services and relevant suggestions. Details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Voyola applies processes and technical/organisational controls in line with applicable legislation on the processing of personal data. Details are provided in the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
